APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION POLICY

Payments

All appointment’s are paid in full through our website in advance.

Cancellations

All cancellations must be made 2 days prior to the appointment date for a full refund. Same day cancellations will be subject to a 40% service charge that will not be refunded to you upon cancelation. Appointments where clients do not show up and fail to communicate that they won’t be able to make it will not be refunded.

 

Booking policy

Upon Booking, you must pay a $20 non-refundable deposit to confirm your appointment. This deposit must be paid 2 hours after booking your appointment. If not your appointment will be cancelled. 

If a closure or frontal is involved in achieving your desired style, it must be dropped off two days prior to your appointment, for preparation.
